Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets.Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in key industries, including automotive, aerospace, medical devices, and telecommunications.Identify customer pain points and align solutions to address their unique needs through a consultative sales approach.Work closely with technical teams to conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical workshops.Collaborate with marketing and sales development teams to generate and follow up on leads.Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close deals effectively.Maintain an up-to-date understanding of market trends, industry challenges, and competitive landscape.Consistently update CRM with sales activity and progress to ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline management.Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales or business development in the embedded software or software development tools domain.Strong knowledge of software development life cycles, quality assurance processes, and testing methodologies.Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.Ability to translate technical solutions into compelling business value propositions.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Willingness to travel up to 25% to meet with clients and attend industry events.Preferred Qualifications
