Binnen het P&C team zijn we verantwoordelijk voor meerdere hotels in Nederland, Duitsland en Zwitserland. 9 hotels, 7 locaties, en 5 brands Het portfolio bestaat uit:
Moxy & Residence Inn, Amsterdam Houthavens Radisson Hotel & Suites, Amsterdam Radisson Hotel & Suites, Zürich Motto by Hilton, Rotterdam Maas/Mainport Hotel Rotterdam (vanaf 2024 onderdeel van het Hilton brand) Holiday Inn Express & Suites, Deventer Steigenberger Bad Pyrmond DuitslandAls People & Culture Stagiair(e) werk je nauw samen met het P&C Team. Het team bestaat momenteel uit een P&C Director en 3 P&C Managers. Tijdens je stage ondersteun je de afdeling op verschillende manieren. Denk aan recruitment, de aanname en onboarding van nieuw personeel, het geven van trainingen en rondleidingen maar ook het organiseren van onze personeelsfeesten/uitjes. Daarnaast maakt ook de administratie rondom alle personeelszaken deel uit van je stage. Elke dag is anders binnen onze afdeling en dat maakt het een afwisselende en hele leerzame stage
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden en leerervaringen:
