A leading position in Avolta's Dutch operations is now open for a highly skilled People and Culture Director. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's people and culture strategy. The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in human resources generalist roles, with a minimum of five years at senior management level in high-volume environments within F&B, hospitality, and retail. Fluency in both Dutch and English is required, as well as strong stakeholder management skills and people management/development skills.
Your key responsibilities will include building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, such as the General Manager Netherlands and the Dutch Work Council. You will also lead the People and Culture team for HMSHost Netherlands and oversee the development and management of annual budgets. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
