At **MobileSentrix Europe**, we’re growing fast and we need a reliable, proactive **Customer Service Representative** to support our clients and keep things running smoothly. You’ll be part of a friendly, ambitious team in our **Eindhoven** office.

**⬤ What you’ll do**

You’ll also support the team with **light administrative and office-related tasks**, and you’ll receive full training on our systems and services, so you’ll be fully prepared for success.

Your key tasks:
**Customer service**:

- Guide clients through account issues or product-related questions using our backend system
- Solve problems or redirect them to the right team
- Log issues and follow up when needed
- Deliver service with a smile, whether it's support, advice, or aftercare

**⬤ What we’re looking for**
- **Fluent in English (C2/native-level) with a clear and neutral accent - required**:

- **Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written) - also required**:

- Friendly, solution-oriented, and great at multitasking
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Comfortable using internal systems (we’ll teach you)
- Accurate, proactive, and a real team player
- Available full-time (Mon-Fri, 09:00-18:00)

This is an **on-site role** at our office in **Eindhoven**. You’ll work 8 hours/day between **09:00 and 18:00**, with flexibility in your break moments.
