The Job As a Sales Support Representative E-Commerce B2C at stichd it is your responsibility to manage the complete order process and offer optimal service and support to our International sales force. Furthermore, you align with Internal departments to ensure the smoothest flow of processes, for our Motorsport, Football & Lifestyle Webshops Your Mission - Ensure excellent services and support towards our customer service team and the sales team on a high service level; - Handling the order process on a daily basis and make sure products are timely delivered to our customers; - Liaising with multiple internal departments to support the processes; - Managing Accounts Receivables and assisting with allocations; - Proactively monitoring Webshop stock levels versus system stock levels - Constantly optimizing the ways of doing business and looking for and executing new improved processes; - Creative streak for flagging and creating Marketing opportunities together with the Sales and Marketing Team. Your Talent - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or an economics/sales related field; - Commercial experience developed in the Ecom industry and/ or Webshop world with a minimum of 1 year in a comparable position; - Fluent written and verbal communication in English required - Knowledge of International trade conditions, incoterms, export procedures and documentation; - Strong and positive team player with a solution focused approach and a high-quality standard of execution and delivery; - Affinity with Formula One and Football clubs; - Proactive and problem solving, eager to learn, self-starter, self-aware and self-confident, not afraid to speak up, hands-on. - Knowledge of SAP system would be a plus - This role is based in ‘s-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands. Working remotely from other countries is not possible._ Our salaries are based on 38 hours per week, but fulltime work is 40 hours per week. Instead, you choose between a lot of holidays; 40 per year ór choose for a 40-hour salary per month with still 28 holidays.
