The Job As a Sales Support Representative you will be managing and following up on the complete order 2 cash process for the brand stores & E-com channels of our licensing brands: PUMA, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein & Levi’s. This role is driven by offering optimal service to our customers, stores and our internal sales force. Furthermore, you support sales activities to drive the business categories and brand portfolio in order to maximize turnover and profitability. Your Mission - Manage daily incoming orders with the aim for efficiency and excellent service. - Nurture and develop customer relations with a focus on maintaining a high service level towards our brands and their stores. - Ensure perfect alignment on openings and re-allocation of stores. - Monitor the order process & deliveries to make sure products are aligned on customer agreements, seasonal orders and direct replenishment orders. - Suggest actions and ways to further improve the business by reviewing our processes and optimizing them with a keen eye for efficiency - Being a sparring partner for Sales and suggest, identify, inform and sometimes challenge them in relation to collections, commercial opportunities, terms & conditions, replenishment methods, logistic models etc. - Coordinating bi-annual sample processes. - optimizing the complete Order 2 cash process by managing collections management including returns. Your Talent - Commercial experience developed in supportive or account supportive roles - Strong and positive team player with a solution focused approach and a high quality standard of execution and delivery - Knowledge of International trade conditions, incoterms, export procedures and documentation - Fluent written and verbal communication in English as we have an international team - Your aim is to sit in the control seat by proactive work, multitasking and working together with all different dept. within our organization to reach collective goals. - Awareness of Time management driven by awareness of result. - Proactive and problem solving, eager to learn, self-starter, self-aware and self-confident, not afraid to speak up, hands-on; we learn by doing every day with a focus on improvement and development - Able to think in processes (think and hands on mentality) - Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel ( and knowledge of SAP is preferred as well as basic knowledge in BI) - Affinity towards retail and E-commerce. Knowledge of pricing strategy such as mark ups, whole sale prices, recommended retail prices, outlet selling prices and different currencies is a plus - Fulltime position (min 32 hours) : At least available on Wednesdays & Fridays considering the current team occupation We Offer - 1-year contract with option for extension to permanent contract; - Choose between a lot of holidays; 37 per year ór choose for a 40-hour salary per month with still 25 holidays.
