**Wat ga je doen?**:
Als **Property Accountant** ben jij een onmisbare schakel in het beheer van onze vastgoedportefeuille. Jouw taken:
✔️ **Huurcontracten**: Opstellen, versturen en opvolgen.
✔️ **Facturen**: Verwerken van aankoop
- en verkoopfacturen.
✔️ **Rapportages**: Maandelijkse en wekelijkse rapporten opstellen en presenteren.
✔️ **Vastgoedbeheer**: Ondersteunen bij indexaties en andere vastgoed-gerelateerde administratie.
✔️ **Analyses**: Helpen bij P&L-analyse en financiële rapportages.

**Jij brengt mee**:
Minimaal **3 jaar ervaring** in een financiële of boekhoudkundige functie.
**Affiniteit met vastgoed** of de ambitie om je hierin te verdiepen.
Basiskennis van Belgisch recht (of bereidheid om dit te leren).
Sterke communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden.
Zelfstandigheid, oog voor detail, en een proactieve instelling.
