From the Amsterdam office, you will work closely with external property managers and the finance team abroad. Your Role
As a Property Accountant, you are responsible for the full financial administration of your portfolio. You prepare reports, budgets, and forecasts, and conduct credit assessments when needed. You act as a key link between external property managers and the finance team abroad, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. You proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains. In this role, you have a high degree of responsibility and autonomy, while receiving guidance and coaching where needed.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant work experience, ideally in an international or finance environment.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
- Accurate, independent, and proactive with a strong eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills, fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
- Interest in the real estate or property sector is a plus.
