**Topcon Europe Medical B.V.**is the EMEA headquarters and located in Capelle aan den Ijssel, The Netherlands. Topcon Europe Medical B.V.**is responsible for the distribution, sales, service and development of the innovative products to different customers within the region.

As a Regulatory Affairs Administrative, you will support the regulatory affairs team through structured administrative work, archiving, and documentation management. You will play a key role in maintaining compliant records and contributing to efficient internal processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and organize regulatory documentation and files;
- Ensure proper archiving of technical and legal documents;
- Support the preparation and submission of regulatory files;
- Handle data entry and database management tasks;
- Assist in internal audits and compliance checks;
- Provide general administrative support to the regulatory team;
- Monitor timelines and ensure timely document updates;
- Communicate effectively in English with internal and external stakeholders.

**Qualifications**
- MBO+ or HBO level;
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant administrative experience;
- Excellent organizational and archiving skills;
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks;
- Good knowledge of English (written and verbal);
- Experience with MS Office and document management systems;
- Workdays will be Monday, Tuesday, Thursday.
