【業務内容】

  • 海運会社、倉庫業者、トラック輸送会社などとの調整
  • 電話・メールによる問い合わせ対
  • 顧客向けの見積書や提案資料の作成
  • 社内システムへの輸送依頼・貨物情報の入力
  • 追跡情報・出荷スケジュールの更新
  • 輸出入書類の作成:インボイス、パッキングリスト、B/L(船荷証券)などの作成
  • 通関手続きに必要な書類の準備・確認
  • 倉庫スタッフ、海運会社、関係各社とのスケジュール調整
  • 船便の遅延や再スケジュールなどの対応
  • 請求書の発行と入金確認

【応募条件】

  • 有効なオランダ就労ビザを保有していること(ビザサポートなし)
  • ロッテルダムまたは近郊在住で、ロッテルダムオフィスに100%出社可能であること(車通勤歓迎)
  • ビジネスレベルの日本語および英語能力(オランダ語ができれば尚可)
  • 物流・フォワーディング・サプライチェーン分野での0~2年の実務経験優遇。未経験または新卒の方でも物流・輸送業界に強い関心があり、学ぶ意欲のある方は大歓迎です。

Logistics Operations Coordinator, Rotterdam

Our customer is a global logistics and transportation company based in Rotterdam, with headquarters in Japan. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Operations Coordinator to support international logistics and transportation activities, with a focus on shipments between Asia and European countries.

The role involves close communication with customers, partners and internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of transport operations, accurate documentation and timely cost management.

The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused and thrives in a fast-paced, international environment. Some experience in logistics is preferred, but if you have a strong interest in the field and the willingness to learn and develop the necessary skills, you are very welcome to apply Training will be provided on the job

Job description:

Customer & Partner Communication

  • Handle inquiries via phone and email from clients and business partners.
  • Coordinate with shipping lines, warehouses, trucking companies and other logistics partners.

Quotation & offer

  • Prepare quotations and offers.

Data Entry & System Management

  • Input transport requests and cargo details into the internal system.
  • Update tracking information and shipment schedules.

Export & Import Documentation

  • Prepare shipping documents such as Invoice, Packing List and Bill of Lading (B/L).
  • Support customs clearance procedures by preparing and checking required documentation.

Scheduling & Coordination

  • Arrange schedules with warehouse staff, shipping lines and related parties.
  • Handle urgent changes such as vessel delays or transportation rescheduling.

Billing

  • Issue invoices to clients.
  • Manage payment data and coordinate with the accounting department.

General Administration

  • Manage logistics documents.
  • Update and maintain the customer database.

Requirements:

  • Holding a valid Dutch work visa (the company does not provide visa sponsorship).
  • Currently based in or near Rotterdam and able to work 100% on-site in Rotterdam.
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Business-level Japanese and English. Dutch is a plus.
  • 0-2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding or supply chain operations (preferred). Or without it, having strong interest in Logistics and Transportation and willing to learn.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Knowledge of shipping documentation and customs procedures is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks under time pressure.
  • Willingness to commit to a long-term position.
