Your role in the journey

As Guest Relations Assistant Manager, you'll support the Guest Relations Manager in
leading the team and ensuring every guest interaction reflects authentic luxury.
You'll oversee VIP arrivals, manage guest feedback, and drive initiatives that elevate our service standards.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Supervising and guiding the Guest Relations team to deliver exceptional service
  • Handling the full guest journey for VIP guests: pre-arrival, welcome, follow-up, departure, and post-stay communication
  • Managing the private arrival lounge for Executive Rooms & Suites.
  • Responding to and investigating guest reviews across platforms
  • Acting as the point of contact for guest complaints and creating tailor-made solutions
  • Driving Authentic Luxury Moments, pop-up activations & random acts of kindness
  • Monitoring and improving compliance with LQA and brand standards
  • Supporting other Front of House teams during peak moments

What you'll bring

  • A natural drive to connect with people and exceed expectations

  • A proactive, flexible, and detail-oriented mindset
  • Creativity in improving procedures and guest experiences
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch; additional languages are a plus
