Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our EMEA team. In this role, you will support sales activities and cross-functional collaboration to strengthen our market presence. You are service-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working across cultures.

Responsibilities

  • Support sales strategy, planning, and process management.
  • Collaborate with management to monitor and improve sales performance.
  • Use data and analytics to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance and continuous improvement in sales processes.
  • Manage files, reports, and documentation.
  • Support new product introductions and maintain product documentation.
  • Maintain and update the inventory system.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Assistance, or a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with administrative tasks (communication, order & stock management, procurement, financial data).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and spoken English; other European languages are an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; able to prioritize under pressure.
  • Team player with the ability to manage stakeholders independently.
  • Customer-oriented, detail-focused, and accurate in execution.
