Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our EMEA team. In this role, you will support sales activities and cross-functional collaboration to strengthen our market presence. You are service-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working across cultures.
Responsibilities
- Support sales strategy, planning, and process management.
- Collaborate with management to monitor and improve sales performance.
- Use data and analytics to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance and continuous improvement in sales processes.
- Manage files, reports, and documentation.
- Support new product introductions and maintain product documentation.
- Maintain and update the inventory system.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Assistance, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with administrative tasks (communication, order & stock management, procurement, financial data).
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent written and spoken English; other European languages are an advantage.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; able to prioritize under pressure.
- Team player with the ability to manage stakeholders independently.
- Customer-oriented, detail-focused, and accurate in execution.
