With almost 400 passionate colleagues across multiple countries, we're on an exciting growth journey, and now we're looking for a Sales Director Benelux to lead the next chapter of our success in the region Voyado has been active in the Benelux market for four years, where we've built strong momentum and partnerships with over 50 Dutch and Belgian brands, including Dille & Kamille, Xenos, and Love Stories.
As Sales Director Benelux, you'll play a key role in scaling our commercial presence and driving continued growth. You'll lead and develop a talented team of Regional Sales Managers and a Partner Manager, shaping the regional strategy, driving execution, and building lasting relationships with leading retailers. Based in our Amsterdam office, home to around 15 colleagues, you'll work closely with both local and international teams to strengthen our market position and accelerate Voyado's footprint across the Benelux region.
This is a senior, strategic role where you'll take full ownership of the Benelux market, shaping and executing the commercial strategy, building a high-performing team, and driving revenue growth across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.
You'll lead the charge in growing Voyado's presence in the region, cultivating strong relationships with enterprise retail and e-commerce brands, and positioning Voyado as the go-to solution for customer experience and loyalty.
You'll collaborate closely with our management team in Sweden and across Europe, leveraging strong internal support in Marketing, Partnerships, and Product. You'll also be a key voice representing Voyado externally, at events, in media, and within the retail tech ecosystem. In this role, you'll report directly to our VP of Sales.
Your Responsibilities- Spearhead Voyado's growth in the Benelux region, establishing a strong and sustainable market presence.
- Develop and execute a winning go-to-market plan that drives consistent revenue growth and expands our enterprise customer base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leading the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing strategic deals.
- Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing sales and partner team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
- Cultivate strong relationships with C-level decision-makers in retail and e-commerce, acting as a trusted strategic advisor.
- Partner closely with SDRs, Marketing, Partner Management, and Customer Engineering to align regional efforts with global goals.
- Monitor trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities to inform strategy and strengthen Voyado's market position.
- Represent Voyado as a thought leader at conferences, networking events, and in strategic partnerships across Benelux.

Skills & Background- Experience leading and developing sales teams and building scalable go-to-market strategies.
- Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills, especially at the C-suite level.
- Strong track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales processes.
- Deep understanding of the retail and e-commerce landscape in the Benelux region.
- Fluent in English and Dutch; French is a strong plus.
- Confident public speaker and brand ambassador, comfortable representing Voyado externally.
