We're looking for an
Operations Manager
to take ownership of key operational areas and help us run a more efficient, scalable, and cost-effective business.
The Role
This role sits at the centre of the business and is ideal for someone who enjoys
understanding complex operational systems, working with data, and improving processes over time
.
You'll take responsibility for how day-to-day operations run, work closely with external partners, and continuously look for ways to improve efficiency, cost, and reliability.
You do
not
need to be a specialist in any single operational domain.
We care more about how you think and take ownership than about having a specific background.
What You'll DoOperational Ownership
- Take responsibility for core operational workflows and ensure they run smoothly
- Act as the main point of contact for key operational partners
- Resolve operational issues and ensure they do not recur
- Bring structure, clarity, and accountability to day-to-day operations
Cost & Performance Improvement
- Analyse operational costs and performance to understand what drives them
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Support and lead discussions with external partners
- Track performance using clear metrics and simple reporting
Systems Thinking & Continuous Improvement
- Understand how different parts of the operation interact
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and recurring issues
- Propose and implement improvements beyond the immediate task list
- Help evolve operational processes as the business grows
Customer Experience Support
- Act as an escalation point for complex operational issues
- Work closely with customer service to improve clarity and outcomes
- Reduce recurring issues through better systems and alignment
Who You Are
- 3–5 years of experience in operations, consulting, analytics, supply chain, or a fast-paced startup environment
- Highly organised and structured in how you work
- Comfortable analysing data and making reasoned decisions
- Curious, proactive, and eager to improve how things work
- Comfortable taking ownership and responsibility
- Enjoys working in a dynamic, growing environment
