The Senior Paid Social Specialist role is newly created, reflecting our rapid growth. Reporting to the Head of Performance Marketing, this position is responsible for the quality, scalability and effectiveness of paid social channels across our seven brands. The strategist will define and implement group-wide strategies with a focus on performance, utilizing best practices and automation on platforms like META and LinkedIn. The Senior Paid Social Strategist will identify optimization opportunities, collaborate with international colleagues in changes, and simplify complex matters. We seek a driven individual who enjoys making an impact, has a test-and-learn mentality, and is both approachable and eager to support others in the marketing departments.
Your Challenges
Getting to know international colleagues and their ways of working: Building relationships and understanding the diverse working methods of our international colleagues will be crucial for effective collaboration and coordination. Evaluate current Paid Social media activities: The Senior Paid Social Strategist will need to evaluate the existing paid social media activities of our brands, identifying areas for growth and improvement. Hygiene and automation : Make sure common hygiene factors are implemented (e.g. campaign structures, conversion tracking) across group, and automate where possible. Creating a long-term social media strategy: Developing a comprehensive group social media strategy for the next two years will be essential to guide our efforts and ensure cohesive, performance-driven campaigns across all brands.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
Shape and maintain the quality and effectiveness of paid social channels across all seven brands. Define and implement group strategy with a focus on performance, ensuring successful roll-out across local brands. Utilize expertise in social media platforms, particularly META and LinkedIn, to leverage best practices and automation. Identify and implement optimization opportunities in current social media accounts. Guide and support international colleagues in making changes cooperatively.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum 7 years of experience in paid social media management, with recent 3+ years focused on META and LinkedIn platforms Proven track record of impactful performance marketing and strategic thinking Clear ability to explain complex concepts and prioritize tasks effectively Proficiency in English for effective communication "Start small, end big" mentality with a willingness to test new ideas University degree in marketing or related field Familiarity with social media automation and feed management Experienced with business to business lead generation (pre)
