Als Counter Responsible ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren van de dagelijkse gang van zaken op onze counter. Met jouw aanstekelijk enthousiasme, commerciële drive en sterke klantgerichtheid zorg je ervoor dat onze commerciële doelen, KPI's, operations, team en klantervaringen het imago en de prestaties van het huis positief beïnvloeden.

Wat ga je doen?

Team performance:

Met jouw inspirerende leiderschap begeleid je het team. Het ontwikkelen en coachen van het team en het talent staat bij jou centraal. Zo zorg je ervoor dat klanten een optimale service ervaren en dat de gestelde doelen worden behaald. Je bent een voorbeeld voor het team en een ambassadeur voor ons huis. Je bewaakt het imago van Chanel met trots. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het behalen van de KPI’s en het stimuleren van de groei van de counter. Dit doe je onder andere door proactief klanten te werven, te behouden en terug te laten keren.

Retail operations:

Je zorgt voor een nauwkeurige, volledige en correcte kassa administratie en controle. Het optimaliseren van de planning van het team en het beheer van de voorraad zijn ook onderdeel van jouw verantwoordelijkheden. Je streeft naar een hoog niveau van housekeeping, zodat de uitstraling van de counter altijd perfect is.

Als Counter Responsible bouw je niet alleen een langdurige en duurzame relatie op met klanten, maar deel je ook jouw passie voor het huis met zowel het team als de klanten. Je past alle trainingen toe en blijft nieuwsgierig om meer te leren door op de hoogte te blijven van de ontwikkelingen in de markt.

Wat vragen wij van jou?

Je hebt een HBO werk- en denkniveau en hebt een commerciële, retail of beauty gerelateerde opleiding afgerond Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar relevante ervaring opgedaan en beschikt over kennis en affiniteit met de wereld van luxe make-up, skincare, parfum en fashion Je bent minimaal 32 uur per week beschikbaar Je woont in of nabij Maastricht Je beheerst zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal perfect, zowel in woord als geschrift Je hebt kennis en ervaring met Outlook, Word, PowerPoint en Excel Competenties die op jou van toepassing zijn: representatief, klantgericht, energie, commerciële drive, zelfstandig, lef, ondernemend, goed in de omgang, hands-on, gestructureerd en flexibel
