About this role:


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing and Campaigns Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of various marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and business needs. This role involves collaboration with multiple teams, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and enhance brand visibility.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:


1. Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Co-lead the setup and successful implementation of the local market strategy and plan, in collaboration with the Head of Marketing.
  •  Develop and execute multi-channel marketing initiatives, including local marketing campaigns, in coordination with cross-functional global and local teams (social media, performance, SEA, CRM, sales, designers).
  • Lead the analysis and creation of market insights, translating them into effective campaigns and initiatives.
  • Identify local opportunities and challenges to unlock further growth.


2. Campaign Management:

  • Lead the brief, planning, execution, and evaluation of winning marketing activities (local campaigns, activations, PR, etc.), ensuring consistency with brand positioning and strategy across all touchpoints.
  • Implement single-market initiatives and maximise the effectiveness of multi-market initiatives, managing projects or processes with limited oversight.
  •  Localise global marketing campaigns to ensure high relevance and brand connection with the local audience.

3. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

  •  Work closely with other marketing stakeholders (Digital, Media, Performance, Loyalty, Partnerships) to deliver local market campaigns and initiatives.
  • Share insights and market knowledge with central marketing and local country teams.
     

What will you bring to the table?

  • Marketing experience, preferably in an FMCG and/or e-commerce environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strategic thinking with strong creative judgment and a test & learn approach.
  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Planning and organisational skills for effective project management.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
  • Good knowledge of digital channels, with the ability to work effectively with regional performance teams.
