Data & Process, Operational excellence, Commerce Operations, and stakeholder management.

In this role you will drive the strategic commerce operations conversations of our B2B Business. The team is fundamental for growth via the strategy ‘simply the best’. Simple, effective and the best implementations of all backbone topics in the complex environment of three regions (EU, ME, and Asia) and two lines of businesses (Wholesale and Travel Retail).

You will develop and lead operational improvements projects with the aim to reduce turn- over loss, improved service to our partners and making sure the company is ready for the future growth in existing and new markets.

This matches you as Operations Manager for 40 hours per week you:

Drive continuous improvements in collaboration with the supply chain team and finance department. Optimize the on-boarding process for new partners. Own strategical projects to optimize and challenge current system and tools; (Salesforce, STEP, Powerbi) Translate complex analyses that reflect business requirements into effective operational solutions.

Your team consists of three specialists with different field of expertise.

Driving long- term projects in collaboration with the business technology team to develop new tools to improve our processes for all markets and LOB’s. Deliver what we promise based on our targets together with the supply chain team. Implement frontline tools to work more efficient. Prepare backbone operations for new markets in line with regional differences. Deliver market conform services towards our high demanding partners.

Your ingredients

Completed bachelors / master’s degree (Business Economics, Business Administration, Logistics) Minimum of 7 years of relevant business operations project management experience and success in leading and managing complex projects in an official PM capacity, demonstrating PMO methodologies for planning, risk management and reporting. Minimum of 7 years of relevant business operations project management Experience with working with cross-functional operational teams (supply chain, procurement, finance, IT, HR) + 10 years relevant work experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You have excellent communication skills. You have good problem-solving and analytical skills. You have experience in facilitating and coaching teams and individuals You are fluent in Dutch and English.
