In this role, you will enhance the ultimate customer experience at our flagship store, the House of Rituals, while supporting the Department Manager in achieving our commercial goals.

As an Assistant Department Manager, you will inspire your team of retail professionals to prioritize customer satisfaction, ensuring every guest feels like they are receiving the red-carpet treatment and fully embracing the art of Soulful living. Collaborating with the Department Manager, you will drive KPI improvements by leading through example. With clear targets, you will coach and motivate your team, organize training sessions and one-on-one meetings, ensuring Rituals’ values and practices are not only understood but wholeheartedly embraced and executed. This includes:

  • being a role model for your team and an ambassador for Rituals;
  • boosting store performance by ensuring top-tier customer service, effective teamwork, and smooth operations every day;
  • coaching, training, and empowering your team to perform at their best;
  • supporting the Department Manager in fostering a culture of trust, through positive and constructive feedback;
  • stepping in to lead and manage the department in the absence of the Department Manager.

Qualifications
