Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste starter in de rol van Human Resources Coördinator.

Op ons Service Centre in Amsterdam beheren we momenteel maar liefst 23 hotels, variërend van 3 tot 5 sterren en verspreid over vijf verschillende hotelmerken door heel Nederland en één in Wenen. Als onderdeel van het Event Hotels-platform bieden wij een breed scala aan services aan deze hotels, waardoor ons werk gevarieerd en uitdagend is. Elke dag is anders

Wat ga jij doen?

Je komt te werken in een HR team van 3 personen, inclusief jijzelf en je zult deel uitmaken van een gecentraliseerde functie binnen de organisatie, waarbij je:

Fungeert als een adviseur voor General Managers en leidinggevenden en hen ondersteunt bij allerlei HR-gerelateerde kwesties. HR-processen & beleid ontwikkelt, implementeert en optimaliseert om de efficiëntie en effectiviteit te verbeteren. Samen met het HR team allerlei projecten oppakt. Denk aan het organiseren van onboardingdagen en ontwikkelingsprogramma’s om de groei en ontwikkeling van onze medewerkers te stimuleren. HR beleid mede uitstippelt voor de verschillende hotels en portfolio’s. Hotels ondersteunt in juridische & verzuim zaken zoals ontslag en uitdiensttreding. De personeelsdossiers van het Service Centre in Amsterdam bij houdt. Geven van uitvoering aan de Horeca CAO en bedrijfsregelingen en toezien op de toepassing ervan door leidinggevenden. Adviseren van leidinggevenden hierover; attenderen van leidinggevenden op eventuele afwijkingen.

Een afgeronde studie in de richting van HRM of een diploma van een Hogere Hotelschool vormen de basis van jouw expertise. Ervaring in een hotel of in de horeca wordt gewaardeerd Jouw praktische kennis en inzicht in de operationele sector van de hospitality zijn van onschatbare waarde. Jij bent een echte teamplayer en weet dat goede samenwerking op nummer 1 staat. Je bent nauwkeuring en je schrikt niet terug voor het geven en ontvangen van feedback. Je bent communicatief sterk en je bent niet bang om initiatief te tonen om problemen aan te pakken voordat ze zich voordoen

Een salaris tussen de € 2.250,- en € 2.700,- op basis van jouw kennis & ervaring.
