What your journey at Krasnapolsky will look like day-to-day
As a Guest Service Specialist, you support the Front Desk team in delivering outstanding service and exceeding guests’ expectations. Your main tasks are:
- Handle incoming/outgoing calls and messages of both hotel guests and team members via several channels in an attentive, polite and efficient manner, according to standard operating procedures
- Actively send pre-arrival and post-stay emails to enhance the guest journey.
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of all the hotel features, services, operations hours of the outlets, restaurants food concepts and ambience
- Document all guest requests, complaints or problems immediately and notify the designated department/personnel for resolving the situation. Follow up with a courtesy call after all requests
Qualifications

- Experienced customer service professional;
- Natural drive to connect with people and to exceed expectations;
- Solution-orientated working approach;
- Ability to work in a high-pace and dynamic environment and handle several duties at the same time;
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
