We are looking for a Guest Relations Employee who drives on exceeding guest’s expectations. With your warm and welcoming hospitality heart, you treat every guest as a VIP and you can handle complaints like no other.
Your main tasks are:
- Creating authentic luxury moments for our guest;
- Answer and investigate the reviews on all channels;
- Rooming of the guest upon arrival;
- Support Front Office in queue handling during busy check-in / check-out times;
- Preparation, room assignment, pre-arrival, receiving, follow-up, departure, post-mail and contact person for our VIP guests (full handling as amenities, welcoming, complaints etc.).
Qualifications
- Spontaneity, flexibility, an open attitude and an eye for detail;
- A natural “drive” to get to know people and to exceed expectations;
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
- Friendly, patient, and able to handle challenging situations with a positive attitude;
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in the English language, Dutch is a plus.
