Vacature
RWE is een groot van oorsprong Duits energiebedrijf met het hoofdkantoor gevestigd in Essen. Ze houden zich dagelijks bezig met zowel wind- als zonne-energie en ze zijn sinds kort gevestigd op de 19e verdieping van Central Park. Dit kantoorgebouw op steenworp afstand van Utrecht Centraal heeft een tropische binnentuin op de 11e verdieping met schitterend uitzicht over de stad.
Bij RWE is geen dag hetzelfde. Niet alleen hou je je bezig met het ontvangst van de bezoekers en medewerkers, maar je wordt echt onderdeel van het facilitaire team. Heb jij een goed idee over hoe de service op het kantoor verbeterd kan worden? Of zie jij mooie kansen waardoor de medewerkers een betere werkervaring hebben? Geef het aan en dan wordt ermee aan de slag gegaan Binnen deze functie vallen ook een heel aantal administratieve taken, dus dat is een belangrijk onderdeel van de functie.
Jij begroet en verwelkomt de bezoekers, neemt hun jas en verwijst ze door naar de juiste contactpersoon of vergaderzaal. Daarnaast beheer je receptie inclusief het verwerken van de administratie, post, pakketten en het regelen van de uitstraling van het kantoor.
Bij deze vacature zijn er veel mogelijkheden. Wil je vier dagen (maandag t/m donderdag) of wil je vijf dagen (maandag t/m vrijdag) werken? Wil je om 8u starten of liever om 9u? Wij kijken met je mee naar de mogelijkheden
