Het werven van nieuw talent speelt daarin een cruciale rol. Wij zijn op zoek naar een Strategic Project Buyer voor ons kantoor met standplaats Arnhem.

Jouw bijdrage aan TenneT

Jij geeft leiding aan complexe inkoopprojecten met een multidisciplinaire teambezetting op het gebied van met name stations-/kabel-/lijnen realisatieprojecten en alle daarbij behorende dienstverlenging zoals engineering, bodemonderzoeken, etc.; Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het leveranciersselectie- & gunningsproces en maakt het inkoopplan in afstemming met het projectteam en categoriemanagement; Jij specificeert met het project de inkoopbehoefte; Jij voert actief stakeholdermanagement en weet wat er nodig is om zowel intern als extern lange termijn relaties te bewerkstelligen en vindt het leuk om opdrachtgever met opdrachtnemers te verbinden; Jij draagt zorg voor het bereiken van overeenstemming met opdrachtnemers en het proces daartoe, je legt de gemaakte afspraken vast in de aanbestedingstool en (raam)contracten.

Jouw profiel en achtergrond

Je hebt minimaal HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau en minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie; Je hebt ervaring met contracten in de bouw of bent bereid je hierin te bekwamen (UAV-gc / UAV / overige); Je bent een bruggenbouwer, kan daarbij omgaan met weerstand en weet zowel intern als extern te draagvlak te creëren; Je houdt van aanpakken en bent resultaatgericht; Je werkt zorgvuldig, behoudt het overzicht en vormt je een persoonlijk oordeel; Je kennis van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift is goed;
