We are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to assist with the operational delivery performance and continuous improvements out of our third-party Logistics providers. As part of this role, collaborating closely with internal and external customer contacts, finished goods supplier’s and freight forwarders globally will be expected to achieve and exceed our Global Supply Chain service to customers.
What will you be doing?
Ensure transparent logistics operations including inbound/outbound shipments, material handling, and warehouse inventory. Perform analytical reviews of data and reports relating to our supply chain function. Supervise 3PL operational performance with effective critical metrics. Attend daily calls and monthly/quarterly 3PL Business Review Meetings. Investigate and resolve customer complaints. Handle rework orders and coordinate return management. Balance cost vs. service (freight, 3PL charges). Run Period and Quarter End processes. Supervise stock reconciliation between S+N and 3PL systems, resolving IDOC errors.What does success look like?
Our successful candidate will be educated in Logistics Management with extensive experience within a regulated environment in a Logistics role. Experience around Medical Devices/Pharmaceuticals and understanding of SAP/ERP systems would be an advantage, however not essential.
You’ll have strong English communication skills (both written and oral), be result orientated and driven by the opportunity to get hands on in delivering real, accountable change.
