Job Introduction

We are looking for a Assistant Controller to join our team on site at our client, the European Space Agengy ESA-ESTEC in the Nertherlands, Noordwijk.

Main Responsibilities

Assist in financial control activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Support the preparation and review of financial statements and reports. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal procedures. Monitor and track financial performance, identifying discrepancies and proposing corrective actions. Provide support during audits and financial reviews, preparing necessary documentation and reports. Collaborate with various teams to improve financial management processes.

Successful Candidate

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with relevant experience. Proven experience in financial control, accounting, or business management roles. Strong understanding of financial processes and controls. Excellent analytical and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders. Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, SAP).
