Als Process Lead neem je de verantwoordelijkheid over multi-disciplinaire werkaanvragen die het competence center overstijgen. Deze aanvragen worden gecoördineerd en ingevuld door de verschillende process leads, Ieder competence center heeft een eigen process Lead.

Functioneel stuur je deze process leads aan voor de succesvolle planning en resourcing van de competence center overstijgende aanvragen. Daarnaast hou je overzicht over de status van lopende aanvragen en stuurt de processen bij daar waar nodig. Je rapporteert aan de managers van de verschillende competence centers en je eigen leidinggevende, de manager van het solution center.

Als persoon sta je sterk in je schoenen. Organiseren, coördineren en procesmatig denken zijn je tweede natuur. Je bent van de rust en het overzicht, hoe dynamisch je omgeving ook is.

Je communiceert actief en op verschillende niveaus en werkt hierin graag samen met anderen. Over de as van de inhoud ben je een leider die erin slaagt dat je collega's samen zorgen voor het juist en op tijd voldoen aan de aanvragen van onze klanten.
