Als business development manager bij Dynalogic versterk jij onze aanwezigheid in de wereld van home and garden. Je ontwikkelt nieuwe bedrijfsstrategieën, identificeert groeikansen en zet deze om in winstgevende projecten. Jouw logistieke achtergrond en kennis van de markt stellen jou in staat om nieuwe kansen te herkennen, zelfs in andere markten. Je enthousiasmeert klanten over nieuwe logistieke diensten. Je bent de contactpersoon van klanten en een businesspartner op het hoogste niveau. Voor jouw inzet bieden wij een salaris van € 3.884,00 tot € 6.283,00, een goede bonusstructuur en een flexibele werkplek.
Dit ga je doen
Als Business Development Manager Home and Garden bij Dynalogic in Breda focus je op het uitbreiden van ons klantenbestand. Je verdiept je in de wensen en eisen van potentiële klanten binnen de markt. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten verder:
- Je doet marktanalyse en identificeert trends, kansen en ontwikkelingen
- Je vertaalt organisatorische behoeften naar concrete logistieke diensten
- Je werkt nieuwe sales proposities uit volgens businessplannen
- Je evalueert de ontwikkeling van nieuwe diensten
- Je stimuleert innovatie van diensten om aan de verwachtingen van klanten te voldoen
Je kunt werken vanuit de vestigingen in Amsterdam, Bleiswijk, Breda, Nuth en Zwolle. Gedeeltelijk thuis werken behoort ook tot de mogelijkheden.
Functie-eisenAls business development manager home and garden bij Dynalogic in Breda breng je een bestaand netwerk binnen de home and garden sector mee. Je hebt al enige ervaring opgedaan met commerciële functies in logistiek, bij voorkeur bij een organisatie met een bezorgservice.
Deze kwaliteiten neem je mee:
- Afgeronde hbo- of wo opleiding
- Ervaring in een commerciële functie in logistiek en je hebt een netwerk in living (home and garden)
- Sterk in acquisitie
- Doelgericht en resultaatgericht met een winnersmentaliteit
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal
Als business development manager home and garden bij Dynalogic in Breda bieden we je een uitdagende rol binnen een prettige, dynamische werkomgeving. Je krijgt alle ruimte voor eigen inbreng en ontwikkeling. Verder heb je de vrijheid om bij onze vestigingen in Amsterdam, Bleiswijk, Breda, Nuth, en Zwolle te werken, met de optie voor deels thuiswerken.
Dit kun je verder verwachten:
- Salaris van € 3.884,00 tot € 6.283,00 afhankelijk van je ervaring en op basis van 40 uur per week
- Bonusstructuur die kan oplopen tot 6 bruto maandsalarissen
- Auto van de zaak of een mobiliteitsbudget en laptop en telefoon van de zaak
- 27 vakantiedagen met de mogelijkheid om er 5 dagen bij te kopen
