Fugro hilft Bahnprofis weltweit dabei, ihre Bahninfrastruktur zu entwerfen, zu bauen, zu modernisieren und zu warten und ihre Netto-Null-CO2-Emissionen zu erreichen. Durch die Erstellung eines virtuellen 3D-Modells des Eisenbahnkorridors helfen unsere Schienenlösungen unseren Kunden, die Effizienz zu steigern und dadurch die Lebensdauer ihrer Anlagen zu verlängern.

Sie sind ein europäischer Champion in der Bahnindustrie und suchen eine herausfordernde Aufgabe in einem innovativen Unternehmen? Dann passen Sie vielleicht perfekt auf die Position des Business Development Manager Rail bei Fugro.
In Deutschland, jedoch in sehr enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Büro in Utrecht, Niederlande, sind Sie als Business Development Professional für den deutschen Schienenmarkt verantwortlich. Sie berichten im Geschäftsbereich Rail an den Commercial Director, Land Asset Integrity, Europe and Africa.
Die Grundlage für das Key-Account-Management im Bahnmarkt in Deutschland muss neu aufgelegt werden. Für neue Geschäftsideen gibt es viel zu entdecken. Sie entwickeln und erweitern Verkaufsangebote für bestehende und neue (Groß-)Kunden (Anlagenbesitzer, Auftragnehmer und Ingenieurbüros). Darüber hinaus arbeiten Sie mit unseren lokalen Einheiten zusammen, um unsere Rail-Lösungen zu erweitern. Der Zweck dieser Funktion besteht darin, die Geschäftsentwicklung und den Verkauf von Fugros datengesteuerten Bahnerhebungs- und Asset-Management-Lösungen voranzutreiben.
Festlegung der kurz- und mittelfristigen Geschäftsstrategie für Fugro in der Eisenbahnindustrie in Deutschland.Identifizierung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und Bereitstellung bedeutender neuer Arbeiten im Einklang mit den strategischen Zielen des Unternehmens durch Einzel- und Teamanstrengungen.Vertretung von Fugro auf Konferenzen, Grundsatzreden und BranchenverbändenFührung und Betreuung regionaler Key Accounts.Erstellung und Leitung der Einreichung von regionalen Ausschreibungen.Erstellen von Business Cases für die Implementierung unserer Bahnlösung mit unseren Konten.Qualifikation
Nachgewiesene Erfolgsbilanz bei Geschäftsentwicklung und Vertrieb;Sie verfügen über gute Geschäftsbeziehungen und nachweisbare Kontakte innerhalb der Bahnindustrie;Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit auf Führungsebene;Fähigkeit, in einem höchst unabhängigen Umfeld zu arbeiten.Sie verfügen über ausgezeichnete Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift;Bevorzugte Kenntnisse in Wartungs- und Inspektionstätigkeiten aus dem Geschäftsbetrieb;Vorzugsweise mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Eisenbahnwartungsbranche und/oder Eisenbahntechnikbranche;Sie sind berechtigt, auch zeitweise in den Niederlanden zu arbeitenBenefits
