PURPOSE
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic On Trade Sales Manager to join Pernod-Ricard and lead our sales teams in On Trade and Liquor Stores.. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and execution of sales initiatives, building strong relationships with key on-trade partners, and maximizing revenue growth and market share within the sector.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement a comprehensive on-trade sales strategy, including setting targets, identifying growth opportunities, and monitoring performance.
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with key on-trade partners, including bars, restaurants, hotels, nightlife, festivals and event venues, to ensure effective promotion and distribution of Pernod-Ricard products.

Collaborate with the (trade) marketing team to create and execute targeted marketing campaigns and promotions for the on-trade sector.

Monitor market trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities for growth and developing strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.

Provide leadership, direction, and support to the sales teams, including setting performance objectives, providing coaching and mentoring, and conducting regular performance reviews.
-
Work closely with the finance and supply chain teams to ensure accurate forecasting and efficient inventory management.
-
Represent Pernod-Ricard at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, promoting the company's products and services and building brand awareness within the on-trade sector.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies
YOUR PROFILE
-
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
-
A minimum of 7 years of experience in sales or business development within the alcoholic beverage industry, with a focus on the on-trade sector.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies and achieving revenue growth targets.
-
Strong understanding of the on-trade market and the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
-
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
-
Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on coaching and developing sales talent.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Willingness to travel as required
