Regional Sales Manager Netherlands

AtriCure is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in the Netherlands. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving our growth by prospecting, qualifying, and closing direct business sales in cardiac operating and related departments within hospitals.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for your territory to achieve ambitious targets.
- Identify new customers, build strong relationships, and uncover new business opportunities.
- Increase penetration and adoption within existing accounts to expand our base business.
- Work closely with the Area Director and Product Development team to implement strategies that achieve corporate sales goals.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and share valuable insights with our marketing team.
- Represent AtriCure at industry trade shows and events to network and generate leads.
- Efficiently manage your territory and track customer activity to ensure optimal performance.
- Navigate and fulfill the requirements for obtaining access to hospitals and healthcare systems.
- Provide hands-on support and training in the environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Proven success in sales, particularly with cardiac surgical ablation systems.
- Strong clinical and technical knowledge.
- Excellent relationship-building abilities and interpersonal skills.
- Quick thinking and effective troubleshooting skills.
- A confident, self-motivated team player who thrives on achieving goals.
- Ability to travel up to 80%, depending on territory size and location.
- Fluency in Dutch & English.
- Experience selling or managing sales teams in the Electrophysiology market is a plus.
