Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Adecco. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the Randstad and Alkmaar regions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the logistics, production, and service sectors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and negotiate contracts to secure new customers.
- Collaborate with experienced consultants to leverage market insights and support sales efforts.
- Coordinate and execute contracts to ensure timely and compliant delivery of services.
- Take ownership of commercial initiatives to enhance sales and visibility of Adecco Group.
- Regularly report progress and results to the Area Manager.
- Proven sales experience in the service sector, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong focus on customer needs and satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently, with a high degree of autonomy and initiative.
- Fluent Dutch and English language skills, both written and verbal.
- A competitive salary between €60,000 and €80,000 per year, based on experience.
