Job Title: Regional Sales Manager, Netherlands
About the Role:
AtriCure is seeking a dynamic sales professional to join our team as a Regional Sales Manager in the Netherlands. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth by prospecting, qualifying, and closing direct business sales in cardiac operating and related departments within hospitals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for your territory to achieve ambitious targets.
- Identify new customers, build strong relationships, and uncover new business opportunities.
- Increase penetration and adoption within existing accounts to expand our base business.
- Work closely with the Area Director and Product Development team to implement strategies that achieve corporate sales goals.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and share valuable insights with our marketing team.
- Represent AtriCure at industry trade shows and events to network and generate leads.
- Efficiently manage your territory and track customer activity to ensure optimal performance.
- Navigate and fulfill the requirements for obtaining access to hospitals and healthcare systems.
- Provide hands-on support and training in the environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Proven success in sales, particularly with cardiac surgical ablation systems.
- Strong clinical and technical knowledge.
- Excellent relationship-building abilities and interpersonal skills.
- Quick thinking and effective troubleshooting skills.
- A confident, self-motivated team player who thrives on achieving goals.
- Ability to travel up to 80%, depending on territory size and location.
- Fluency in Dutch & English.
