Your key responsibilities

Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for roles up to VP-level positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing/offering candidates. Identify and recruit for niche and specialized roles within the organization, utilizing creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent. Develop and maintain talent pools, innovative sourcing strategies to engage passive and diverse talents for current and future opportunities. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external talent sources, to ensure a robust pipeline of qualified candidates. Create strategies for and drive regional/global employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice, collaborating with a recruitment marketeer.

We bring 

Based on your experience we will offer you a base salary of € 67.000 to € 95.000 per year (based on fulltime, including holiday allowance and 13th month) and extra benefits (25 holiday days, bonus, etc). Becoming part of the HR Netherlands team, reporting into the Talent Acquisition Lead for Netherlands and Central Europe, Middle East & Africa Member of the TA community across dsm-firmenich, which supports you with sharing knowledge and best practices. You bring

At least 8 years’ experience in a similar end-to-end recruitment role Proven experience in working with senior stakeholders and niche or senior talent Fluent in English, fluency in Dutch language preferred.  Strong communication skills at different levels of the organization Pro-active in actions with a focus on the end-result Curiosity in people, new functions and new ways-of-working Can-do mentality, fail fast and adjust
