  • Develop and implement communicationstrategies to ensure effective dissemination of importantinformation to employees, stakeholders, and other relevantparties.
  • Identify communication goals, targetaudiences, key messages, and appropriate communication channels(e.g., emails, newsletters, intranet, meetings,etc.).
  • Ensure consistency in messaging acrossall communication channels.
  • Identify and engagekey stakeholders affected by the proposed changes, includingemployees, management, and suppliers.
  • Developand distribute communication materials such as memos,presentations, FAQs, and training materials to support changeinitiatives.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings,workshops, and training sessions to provide information, gatherfeedback, and promote understanding of thechanges.
  • Monitor communication effectivenessand adjust strategies as needed based on feedback and engagementlevels.
  • Establish mechanisms for gatheringfeedback from stakeholders to assess the effectiveness ofcommunication and change efforts.

Functie-eisen
  • Education: Degree in psychology,economics, social sciences, or a comparablequalification.
  • Personality and WorkingPractice: Strong communication skills, goal-oriented and proactiveworking style, empathetic team player, sensitivity to groupprocesses.
  • Experience and Know-How:Professional and project experience in change management, ideallyin an international corporateenvironment.
  • Qualification: Consulting andorganizational skills, as well as conceptualstrength.
  • Languages: Very good command ofwritten and spoken English
