The Assistant Executive Housekeeper plays a crucial role in maintaining smooth communication between different departments. Proficiency in Opera and Unifocus is essential for this role. Effective coordination directly impacts the guest experience. This position requires managing an international team, necessitating a strong understanding of various cultures and effective cross-cultural communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and delegate tasks, ensuring progress and quality.

  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.

  • Coordinate with other departments for seamless operations.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

  • Actively contribute to implementing new projects and policies.

  • Assess and maintain cleanliness tools, equipment, and materials.

  • Prevent wastage and ensure efficient use of resources.

  • Plan and execute deep cleaning schedules.

  • Collaborate with the Executive Housekeeper to improve department efficiency.

  • Set operational objectives and monitor their implementation.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 year in a similar role within the hospitality industry.

  • Effective communication with diverse teams and guests.

  • Willingness to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.

  • Efficient HR management skills including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.

  • Proficiency in Opera and Unifocus systems.

  • Proficient in English.
