Are you passionate about customer service and have a knack for supporting sales processes? Kekkila-BVB, a leading provider of sustainable substrates, is looking for a Sales Support Employee to join our dynamic Landscaping division. In this role, you will assist the sales team, manage orders, and provide top-notch service to our clients in the landscaping industry.

You will be responsible for:

Lead the inside sales function for Kekkilä-BVB in the Benelux market.Develop and implement short and long-term sales plans aligned with our landscaping strategy to meet topline and margin targets.Identify and pursue new customer acquisition opportunities while managing end-to-end sales processes.Build and maintain strong, sustainable customer relationships.Provide accurate sales forecasts to support planning and strategy.Ensure customer details are accurately updated in our CRM system.Collaborate closely with outdoor sales, marketing, customer service, and product management teams to align efforts with market strategies.





You will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business preferably Sales

  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of the landscaping business.
  • Excellent change management and strategic planning abilities.
  • Collaborative, solution-focused approach to sales and customer relationships.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, especially for sales via phone.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders and multitask effectively.
  • Proficient in key sales tools, such as quotation tools.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch; proficiency in German is a plus.

    Key Performance Indicators:
    • Increase the conversion rate of quotations.
    • Drive new customer acquisition and enhance pipeline value.
    • Achieve targets for average deal size, customer satisfaction, and annual STI goals.
