Executive Officer (several posts) in the President’s Office (Ref.: 522919) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
The President’s Office is looking for proactive, high-calibre candidates with strong socio-political and/ or business acumen to join its dynamic team of administrators. The role holder(s) will provide a spectrum of administrative and analytical support for various strategic initiatives which will have significant and long-term impact on the University’s developments. Reporting to senior administrators in the President’s Office, the appointee(s) will widely engage with internal and external stakeholders, as well as advise on current issues, conduct analysis, formulate strategies, and manage institution-wide projects.
Applicants should possess a good Bachelor’s degree with no less than two years of relevant experience. They should also have:-
a positive, proactive attitude and strong sense of ownership; good analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills; strong socio-political and business acumen; ability to multi-task and work independently and under pressure; strong interpersonal skills and willingness to collaborate with different internal and external stakeholders of the University; excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese (including Putonghua); and proficiency in PC and software applications.Candidates with less experience but demonstrated potentials are also welcome to apply. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an interview and a written test.
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
