You have 5 – 7 years of relevant experience in HR or related fields.
You are fluent in English as the company language is English both written and verbal. Dutch is a plus but not mandatory.
You are willing to roll up your sleeves We are a small company in a fast-paced environment so you need to be flexible and willing to get involved in all aspects of the work.
You are known for your organised and efficient approach to work.
You are experienced working in an international environment and know how to lead and take a diverse group of people with you.
