We are hiring a Regional Workforce Health Consultant to join our MMB Europe advisory hub. In this role, you will promote and improve the health and well-being of employees for our clients across Europe. You will support the delivery of workforce healthcare and well-being strategies, analyze data, and provide recommendations to mitigate health risks.

We offer and embrace a hybrid working model that nurtures a collaborative working environment in the office 3 days per week allowing 2 days per week to be spent working on a remote basis.

We will count on you to:

Implement effective workforce health and wellness strategies.

Raise awareness of advisory capabilities across MMB Europe.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for a holistic approach to workforce health.

Analyze data and evaluate program effectiveness.

Prepare reports and proposals.

Manage projects and conduct healthcare claims audits.

Design health and well-being pathways.

Conduct provider research and reviews.

Support training session plans.

Identify and develop new propositions, products, and services.

What you need to have:

Solid experience gained within a similar role.

Strong technical skills.

Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Ability to build relationships with stakeholders.

Passion for learning and development.

Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Experience in producing client-facing reports and insights.
