Wat ga je doen als Scrum Master?
Zorgen dat jouw Developmentteam optimaal samenwerkt en elke dag opnieuw het gewenste resultaat oplevert Je zet projecten op de rails en zorgt dat alle neuzen dezelfde kant op staan. Dankzij jouw begeleiding heeft je team een duidelijke visie op het product: een visie die strookt met de doelen van de organisatie. Daarnaast stimuleer je je teamgenoten om zichzelf te verbeteren en deins je er niet voor terug om jouw onderbouwde feedback met ze te delen.
Je bewaakt de voortgang van projecten, verliest geen deadline uit het oog en faciliteert communicatie en informatie-uitwisseling tussen het projectteam en andere belanghebbenden. Hoe je dit doet? Jij organiseert dagelijkse teamvergaderingen en zet sessies op poten waarin updates worden uitgewisseld. Kortom, jij zorgt ervoor dat alle betrokken partijen op het goede spoor én op de hoogte worden gehouden.
Waar kom je terecht?
TOPdesk is een internationaal bedrijf en heeft zo’n vijfentwintig Agile Development Teams in Nederland, Duitsland en Hongarije. We zoeken op dit moment meerdere scrum masters voor teams in onze kantoren in Delft en Tilburg.
Elk team heeft z’n eigen expertise binnen Product & Development. Er zijn natuurlijk teams die honderd procent focussen op onze software. Daarnaast zijn er ook teams nodig die ervoor zorgen dat die eerste categorie over alles beschikt om vlot hun werk te kunnen doen. We verkennen graag samen waar jij het beste bij past

Ben jij onze nieuwe Scrum Master?
Je hebt een hbo of WO-opleiding afgerond. Je bent een coach in hart en nieren: je kunt goed luisteren en bent niet bang om feedback te geven. Je kunt zaken helder uitleggen, bent goed in organiseren en bedreven in verandermanagement. Een Scrum-certificering is een pré.
