Customer Support & Project Coördinator

De afdeling Customer Support is de schakel tussen onze opdrachtgevers in binnen- en buitenland, de accountmanagers, de diverse laboratoria en onze eigen transportdienst. Jij bent hierbij de onmisbare schakel tussen de diverse klantsegmenten en de diensten die wij leveren.

Customer Support staat voor een optimale bereikbaarheid. We staan daarom op werkdagen van 8:00 uur tot 18:00 uur klaar om de klant optimaal te bedienen.

Wat ga je doen als Project Coördinator?

Als projectcoördinator werk je binnen het customer support team en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het realiseren van een optimale dienstverlening aan (inter)nationale opdrachtgevers van Eurofins, bewaak je het proces van juiste opdrachtverwerking, de voortgang van de projecten en een tijdige rapportage van analyseresultaten.

Je adviseert de klant over de mogelijkheden van ons digitaal portaal, onze analysepakketten, verpakking- en conserveringsmogelijkheden, prijsstellingen, onze logistieke service en geeft toelichting op de analytische achtergronden en de benodigde termijnen ten behoeve van projecten. Tevens coördineer je zorgvuldig de incidentmeldingen en de afhandeling daarvan.

Kortom: jij bewaakt de procesvoortgang van projecten en gedurende het proces ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de klant en de diverse laboratoria.

Functie-eisen

Profiel:

Je hebt commercieel inzicht, kent de markt waarin onze opdrachtgevers zich bewegen (of wilt deze leren kennen) en streeft naar een maximale positionering van de diensten van Eurofins. Je hebt en goede beheersing in woord en geschrift van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal. Je hebt een afgeronde technische HBO opleiding of MBO-met relevante werkervaring. Lifescience, (analytische) chemie of vergelijkbaar daar aan. Je bent in staat om jouw (chemische) vakkennis en analytisch denken in te zetten waarmee je een gedegen sparringpartner bent voor de klant en onderzoeksmogelijkheden van de diverse laboratoria concreet kan vertalen naar onze opdrachtgevers. Je communiceert concreet, helder, doelgericht en kan goed luisteren. Je bent handig met Microsoft Office, bekend met LIMS en CRM (of vergelijkbaar daar aan). Je hebt een proactieve en kwaliteitsgerichte houding.
