As a Brand Manager, you are responsible for devising and executing the product portfolio strategy and vision for various cosmetics brands within the Benelux.
A few examples of your Brand Manager tasks include:
Creating and leading the annual marketing plan and retailer development, while developing strategies for retailer growth and engagement Managing and taking full ownership of monthly and annual A&P budgets, and ensuring effective allocation of resources in relation to sell-in Performing monthly analyses of purchasing data at the brand and retailer levels. This data is used to gain insights and adjust strategies for optimal performance Maintaining a close relationship with Product Development, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment and execution of brand strategies. Additionally, you foster strong relationships with key retailers and partners You stay updated on industry trends and consumer behaviour. These insights are used to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunitiesAs an expert, you are always up to date on the latest trends and developments in terms of market share, pricing, distribution, competition, etc.
