Welkom in de wereld van data. Van het voorspellen van toekomstige trends tot het begrijpen van menselijk gedrag, de mogelijkheden lijken eindeloos. Maar laten we niet vergeten dat achter elke dataset en elk algoritme mensen schuilen. Sommige zien alleen cijfers, maar deze organisatie kijkt verder Ze richten zich op het leveren van duurzame transformatie door technologie, data en advies te combineren.
Hier wil ik bij horen, wat moet ik doen?
Als Manager Business Strategy ben je continu bezig met het optimaliseren van bedrijfsprocessen. Met een focus op efficiëntie en verantwoordelijkheid help je klanten hun duurzame doelstellingen te bereiken, stap voor stap. Elke ochtend start je met het plannen en organiseren van de lopende projecten. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle betrokkenen duidelijk zijn over hun taken en verantwoordelijkheden en je leidt de implementatie van nieuwe technologieën en bedrijfsmodellen en bevordert de acceptatie binnen de organisatie. Daarnaast communiceer je met klanten en interne teams en zorg je ervoor dat iedereen op één lijn zit. Ook deel je kennis en ervaring met andere consultants tijdens projecten en ondersteun je hun persoonlijke ontwikkeling.
Dit kan ik Wat moet ik kunnen?
Voor deze rol is een dosis aan kennis en ervaring een must Met een afgeronde bachelor- en masteropleiding in de richting van Engineering of (Technische) Bedrijfskunde en minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring ben jij geen nieuweling in het vak. Ook heb je een track record om u tegen te zeggen. Als kers op de taart heb je minstens 3 jaar ervaring aan het roer binnen consultancy projecten.
Als je oversteekt kijk je links, rechts en ter controle nog een keer links en dan pas steek je over. Je wilt zeker weten dat je veilig naar de overkant komt. Je neemt namelijk geen onnodige risico's en maakt geen overhaaste beslissingen; je weet wat je doet en waarom Daarnaast zijn Lean Six Sigma, Agile-methodologieën en Scrum bekend terrein. Je hebt een sterke persoonlijkheid en je bent echte teamspeler met uitstekende communicatieve en analytische vaardigheden. Last but not least, je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.
