Your assignment

As an communications intern within D&I, you will provide comprehensive support to our D&I Change Manager. You will gain skills in communications, change management, and stakeholder engagement, as well as intensive Diversity and Inclusion knowledge and practical application. You will be working with our global Diversity & Inclusion Specialists in a small team, while collaborating with and learning from a variety of colleagues and parties.

Your tasks will, among others, consist of communications-related tasks, arranging and preparing meetings and off-sites, or run and lead (smaller) sub-projects under the Communications Manager's supervision, content creation (presentations and other), raising awareness on D&I through relevant content on our internal channels.

Your profile

To be the perfect match for this internship, you:

Are a bachelor or master student in a field related to Communications;

Have a passion for people as well as creating engaging and effective communications;

Are highly interested in Diversity & Inclusion;

Are proactive, hands-on and independent;

Feel comfortable in a high-tech environment and have a good command of English, as we work within an international community.

This is a bachelor or master apprentice internship for minimum 4 months, 4 days per week (3 days on-site to boost collective creativity and your on-the-job development). The start date is as of September 2024.
