Job Title: Strategic Marketing and Communication Advisor

Start Date: December 1, 2024
End Date: May 1, 2025 (with an option for extension)
Hours per Week: 32
Freelance: Yes

Role Overview: As a Strategic Marketing and Communication Advisor, you will collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Team to enhance our employer brand. You will manage recruitment campaigns, handle HR communications, and support internal communications. This role is crucial for positioning our organization as a top employer and offers significant opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise within the Talent Acquisition Team, working closely with another Marketing and Communication advisor.
  • Develop and implement communication tools to engage, attract, and retain candidates.
  • Translate employee needs and experiences into effective policies and communications.
  • Encourage colleagues to contribute content and share their stories.
  • Support various internal communication and HR topics, focusing on employer branding.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Analytical, solution-oriented, reliable, persuasive, and tenacious.
  • Experience in employer branding and retention communications.
  • Innovative and creative mindset.
  • Strong affinity for enhancing a technical organization’s visibility in the job market.
  • Ability to work with analyses, research, and effectiveness measurements to develop strategies.
  • Experience in developing communication mixes for employer branding and guiding campaigns.
  • Comfortable working in environments with complex issues.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to navigate all organizational levels.
  • Collaborative and results-driven.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in communication or marketing.
  • At least five years of experience in a diverse stakeholder environment with complex issues.
  • Knowledge of the sector and energy transition is an asset.

Additional Requirements:
  • Employer Branding: Experience in creating and managing employer branding strategies.
  • Retention Communications: Developing and implementing communication strategies to retain employees.
  • Comfortable with Complexity: Able to work in environments with complex issues.
  • Certificate of Conduct (VOG): Required upon contract award.
