Job Summary:
Supermicro Computer is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who can help grow our market share. The ideal candidate must be able to step in and sell Supermicro's product portfolio into targeted vertical markets, build and manage individual resources and thrive in a challenging environment.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree; Masters degree in Business or Management related is a plus; Minimum 15 years of sales experience in computer, server, or hardware industry is preferred; Experience working with C-level executives in large Fortune companies and VARs/SIs; Deep knowledge in server, storage and management solutions, knowledge in Cloud data centers and the enterprise IT environment; Great leadership and strong ability of working with and managing people from different groups; Strong communication skills across multiple disciplines, cultures, and geographies; Great analytic skills in market and industry research, constant drive to grow and passion to learn Sense of Humor
