Onze opdrachtgever in hartje Maastricht is op zoek naar part-time en full-time agents.

Als Customer Services & Sales Agent ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt op afstand van onze klanten in Nederland, België en Duitsland. En dat in een team van ons nieuwe service center, waar jij je steentje aan bij kunt dragen. Vaak is dit het eerste rechtstreekse contact van de klant met onze organisatie. De beleving van de klant ligt daarmee voor een groot deel in jouw handen. Dankzij jouw professionaliteit wordt dit een klantervaring die uitnodigt, nieuwsgierig maakt en positief bijdraagt aan de dienstverlening van de organisatie als geheel. Met als doel: onze klanten ambassadeurs te laten zijn.

Aanbod
  • Een goede onboarding zodat je snel zelfstandig aan de slag kunt;
  • 25 vakantiedagen ( obv full-time);
  • Een fijne werkplek in hartje Maastricht;
  • Een mooi salaris obv 40 uur €2600 -€ 3000;
  • Bonusregeling.


Profiel en vaardigheden
  • Je hebt een mbo+ werk en denkniveau;
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal uitstekend in woord en geschrift. (Duits en Frans zijn een pre);
  • Je bent communicatief vaardig, en je kunt goed luisteren;
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig;
  • Je bent betrouwbaar;
  • Je bent Flexibel.
