Job Description
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be at the heart of our fast-paced fashion business, working as the first point of contact for customers every day. You will learn all the basics of giving the best service to our customers and how to make them feel welcome & inspired.
Key responsibilities:
Answer calls, emails, and chats in Dutch to assist our customers whenever they want information about their online orders, our web shop, our stores, or our products. Adapt your tone of voice based on our brand identity and the customer you are speaking with. Report our customers’ feedback to the relevant department because as a Customer Service Agent, you are the voice of our customers and thanks to you, we can make constant improvement.
Qualifications
We care more about personality than qualifications. Our team is as diverse as our customers. So be yourself & show your personality - Come in a maxi dress or shorts - Choose your own style.
What you will need to succeed:
Strong customer orientation & friendliness with people. Interest in fashion & technology. Excellent communication skills in Dutch, both written & spoken (C1 level). Excellent computer skills; a good knowledge of Microsoft applications and/or SAP is a plus.
Additional Information
You can choose to work part-time or full-time, from 24 hours up to 35 hours per week on average. Next start date is the 2nd of September . Apply by sending your CV in Dutch . Due to data policies, we only accept applications through career page.
