Fenzi AGT is een expert in het creëren van glasverfpasta's en geleidende inkten, speciaal ontworpen voor de glas- en keramiekindustrie. Hun producten zijn verweven in de alledaagse objecten die je dagelijks tegenkomt. Van auto's tot bierglazen en elektronica, hun invloed is overal. Je hebt misschien nooit nagedacht over de zwarte rand rondom de voor- en achterruit van je auto, of de lijnen van de achterruitverwarming - dit zijn allemaal toepassingen van hun speciale elektrisch geleidende inkt. Maar deze producten gaan verder dan alleen auto's. Ze sieren ook servies en glaswerk, zoals het logo op je favoriete bierglas of de decoratie op een parfumfles.



Functiebeschrijving

Als Customer Service Representative onderhoud en bouw je verder aan sterke en stabiele relaties met onze internationale klanten, door het bieden van service, betrouwbaarheid, transparantie, tijdigheid en hoogwaardige producten.

Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor de klant, opbouwen van vertrouwensrelatie met (inter)nationale klanten.
  • Pro-actief benaderen van klanten, bespreken van status sales-orders, verkoopprognoses, technische verzoeken, sample-aanvragen, offertes, etc.
  • Vertegenwoordigen van de klant binnen onze organisatie, intern monitoren van sales orders, overige klantvragen en klachten bij diverse teams/functionarissen.
  • “First time right” invoeren van verkooporders, monitoren sales order proces.
  • Up-to-date houden en documenteren van alle records van serviceactiviteiten.
  • Over en weer uitwisselen van informatie met ons Sales Team.

In deze functie rapporteer je aan de Customer Service Manager.



Functie-eisen
  • Een HBO werk- en denkniveau en werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie binnen bij voorkeur een productieorganisatie.
  • Je bent klant en service gericht en beschikt over goede communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden.
  • Je bent een proactieve teamplayer met oog voor detail en een sterk ontwikkeld eigenaarschapsgevoel.
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.


Arbeidsvoorwaarden
  • Direct contract via Fenzi AGT:
  • Een bruto maandsalaris tussen de €3171,27 en €3925,90 (o.b.v. 40 uur per week);
  • 11,5 adv dagen
  • Een functie voor 40 uur per week. 32, 36 of 38 uur per week zijn indien gewenst bespreekbaar;
  • Een klein en hecht team van circa 4 collega's.
